A small, blue, aquatic shrimp. It has long whiskers and antennae for sensing its environment. Because its body has shrunken, the proportions of its eyes have gotten bigger. It also has a bigger tail for propelling itself through the water. It eats any floating detritus, like algae. It will catch and eat small insects or other invertebrates when it can, and will feed on any carcasses it finds, being a very opportunistic feeder. It keeps its whiskers and antennae clean and free from infection by regularly preening with its fore-claws.
